I love this time of year, don’t you? There are so many fun things to do during the holidays.
One of my favorite holiday traditions has become collaborating with other bloggers to bring you lots of yummy good stuff to help you celebrate your holidays. This week, I’m taking part in the 12 Days of Christmas series with Sicily’s Heart and Home, and there are already so many great ideas for you in the series.
12 Days of Christmas
You know I love me a good Story Time, so I thought that for the 12 Days of Christmas it would be fun to do activities along with Mr. Willowby’s Christmas Tree by Robert Barry. It’s the beautifully illustrated story of a Christmas tree that is too tall, so it finds a home with 7 different families. The extensions include a song for your littles to sing, a 7-tiered tree craft, a pine needle crystal science experiment, and Green Velvet Christmas Trees with Cream Cheese Frosting. You have to check it out. You can find it on Day 10 of the 12 Days of Christmas.
Other posts include a Grinch sensory bin, a paper plate Christmas ornament, and activities for Bear Stays Up For Christmas by Karma Wilson. So make sure to stop by Sicily’s Heart and Home and get some great ideas for Christmas with your littles!
If you love that Story Time and you want more ideas for fun book activities to do with your kids this holiday season, check out these other holiday Story Times (and sign up below to get a FREE Holiday Book and Activity Planner to keep track of all your ideas!):
So. many. things to do! Grab all the free printables, have your littles help you prepare all the goodies, and learn some science along with the super fun crafts.
Happy crafty holidays!
